Saguaro Nights Entertainment Group is a Phoenix-based hospitality company creating immersive nightlife and destination-driven entertainment concepts — built by operators who've earned the right to build them.
We design, brand, and operate venues that are meant to function as cultural hubs — rooms with their own identity, programmed for the people who actually live in the city, with enough depth that visitors leave with a story.
Every concept we build sits at the intersection of design, music, food & beverage, and community. We work hands-on across concept creation, brand architecture, interior & experience design, beverage program development, music programming, and operations — and we partner with creative teams, brands, and operators who share that long-view philosophy.
Phoenix is the fastest-growing major city in America. It's a place big enough to support world-class hospitality and small enough that one really good room still moves the conversation. The downtown core is in the middle of a once-in-a-generation rebuild, with historic buildings being reclaimed by operators rather than developers — and that's where we wanted to plant our flag.
We didn't pick Phoenix because it was easy. We picked it because the desert rewards patience, and because the night here has a quality you don't find anywhere else: warm air, long shadows, real people, the sense that the city is still being written.
Our first project is Pablo's — set inside a 1950s Spanish-style building at First Avenue and McKinley in downtown Phoenix. Three bars. Multiple immersive rooms. A handcrafted courtyard. A speakeasy-style late-night dance floor. A private members' lounge. The full reveal lands closer to opening.
The concept was inspired by the legendary house parties of a larger-than-life host — and built around the kind of experiences that turn a regular night out into a memory. Tequila and mezcal-driven cocktails. Latin and electronic music. Mexican and Southwestern influence threaded through every room. Designed as both an adventure for visitors and a go-to for locals — a "solo locales" spirit that celebrates community while staying inclusive.
Pablo's is the first project, not the only one. Saguaro Nights is built to be a portfolio — a collective of distinct rooms held together by a shared standard for design, hospitality, and the long view of the Southwest. The company is led by founders Cary Prewitt and Melissa Levick alongside Partner Lauren Keeton, and we're actively expanding the team and the bench of partners we work with.
If you're a creator, brand, operator, or visionary who believes the night is where the best ideas happen — come find us.
A long-form piece from Cary on the move, the lease, and the belief behind the build.
